Configure a payment method override for any OnlineOrdering (OLO) custom identifiers used, initially to allow any customer identifiers that begin with NB to use the NextBite payment method ID: 33 in Aztec.

Aztec to Aztec+ message length compatibility - ZCFNEW-139
ZCF APIs to support longer message lengths in Aztec+ and still stay compatible with Aztec. Currently Aztec has a length limitation of only 14 characters
